Panettone

Ingrediente si cantitati:

30 grame de drojdie uscata
600 grame de faina
100 grame de zahar pudra
200 grame de unt
cateva linguri cu lapte
3 oua
coaja de la o portocala si de la o lamaie, fin rasa
200 grame de stafide (albe si rosii)
100 grame de caise uscate, taiate in bucatele de dimensiunea stafidelor
migdale prajite si sfaramate in bucatele
un praf de sare

Mod de preparare:

 
1. Desfa
drojdia uscata in doua-trei linguri cu lapte cald si amestec-o cu o
lingurita cu faina, lasand-o apoi sa creasca 20-30 de minute intr-un
loc cald.

2.
Amesteca in faina proaspta cernuta drojdia preparata si sarea, adaugand
pe rand untul moale, zaharul si ouale. Framanta aluatul pana devine
suplu.

3. Amesteca in aluat stafidele, caisele taiate si migdalele, coaja de lamaie si portocala.

4. Unge bine cu unt o cratita cu pereti inalti si tapeteaz-o cu folie de aluminiu. Unge cu unt si tapeteaza apoi cu faina.

5. Fa
un guguloi mare din tot aluatul si pune-l in cratita. Lasa-l sa creasca
circa o ora, intr-un loc caldut, acoperit cu un prosop curat si putin
umezit. Unge-l cu ou batut si da-l la cuptor (incins bine la 180 de
grade), la foc mic, circa 45 de miunute.

6. Este gata cand a devenit ferm, capatand o crusta aurie. Lasa-l sa se raceasca bine in vasul in care s-a copt, apoi poti servi.
